what's the difference from another agency?
The competitive nature of football makes it difficult for recruitment teams to identify, assess, and monitor the correct individuals to join their team. So many players are available it is difficult to ensure you are identifying all the talent available without extensive evaluation taking place.
At Pro Academy we have developed high standards of testing which all our members have met. This helps remove obvious doubts from a scout, or recruitment team, around a potential player fitting into a club.
We spend time getting to know each member, creating a footballing family environment. Our members can discuss any topic with us, and the management team regularly watch, support the players to ensure they perform at the highest level.
